how it all started

Twin Cities Enneagram grew from a dream—to cultivate space in the Twin Cities that uses the Enneagram as a tool for change. We envision a space that is open for all and equips leaders and teams to do their best work.

WHat we bring

We bring over a decade of experience working with the Enneagram and have been certificated as Enneagram trainers in both the Narrative and Riso-Hudson traditions. As a trained therapist and a nonprofit manager, we bring our professional experiences to the work we do. Our workshops are built on the foundation of our combined eight years of classroom teaching focused on keeping our participants at the center of their learning. The added bonus is that we have been friends for over a decade and so we love doing this work together!

I’m a connector of people and ideas–whether teaching in the classroom or managing in the nonprofit sector; starting clubs for just about any hobby imaginable; or simply in the daily rhythms as a mom, partner, and friend.

My passion is making space for others to find their voice in the narrative and courage to participate in the dialogue.

Shannon has her B.A. in Communication Arts & Literature and works at College Possible as a Program Manager. She loves anything that involves good food & good company.

Ever since I can remember, I've been a lover of questions and the intersections of our lives--the spaces that don't have neat, easy answers.

I believe that by knowing the stories we’ve been living from, we can better identify where it is we want to go from a place of authenticity, integrity, and connection.

Kenlee has her MA in Counseling Psychology and a private therapy practice. You can find her enjoying city and nature, potlucks, and learning about life through community.
